The cottage features a king-size bed, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and inviting living and dining spaces designed for relaxed island living.
Available exclusively as an add-on to the 2-bedroom villa for an additional $400 per night.
If you choose not to rent the cottage, it will remain completely vacant during your stay to ensure your privacy and exclusivity on the property.

Notes
Rental rates quoted include 10% VAT on total rental charge. There is an additional $300 cleaning fee per stay.
50% of the rental rate is due with the signed rental agreement. The 50% balance and $300 cleaning fee are due 60 days prior to arrival.
A security deposit hold of $800 will be made on your credit card and will be released no later than 5 days after check-out.
Full refund of rental amount for cancellation 30 days prior to arrival and 50% for cancellation 2 weeks prior to arrival. Cancellation within 2 weeks of arrival will result in no refund.
